Residential Remodel

This client was planning to add a garage with an upper living space, a breezeway, landscaping (including specific water control issues), and other details. Before investing, they wanted to visualize their ideas to ensure it would accomplish their goals. They were very excited to see the results, and can't wait to get started!

My involvement included on-site data collection, architectural design, landscape design, and 3d visualization.
